The Director

The team of professionals at Seven-S Banking Management Consultancy Services (P.) Ltd. is led by Mr. Satish Pusegaonkar, the Director of the company. He holds a full time Post Graduate Diploma in Banking Management from National Institute of Bank Management, Pune (PGDBk.M-NIBM). He is a Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers, Mumbai (CAIIB). Mr. Pusegaonkar is also a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) which is an international credential of professional Management Consultant awarded by IMCI/ICMCI.

Mr. Pusegaonkar has over 17 years’ experience of working in State Bank of India and Bank of India in various areas and capacities. He has worked in several types of banking establishments right from one officer rural branch to the Head/Corporate Office. Additionally, he has over 20 years’ experience of Bank Management Consultancy. He has led more than 60 Management Consultancy assignments for several new private sector, public sector, foreign & cooperative banks and financial institutions.

Mr. Pusegaonkar has contributed several working papers, lead articles and research papers for journals of NIBM, IBA and other publications. He has conducted several workshops and training programs for officials and senior executives of banks and other financial institutions in the areas of banking operations, management audit, change management and organizational restructuring etc. Mr. Pusegaonkar has through personal guidance and group coaching helped thousands of candidates to secure jobs in the banking industry.
